Allegan Area ESA

The Allegan Area Educational Service Agency (AAESA) is an intermediate school district in Michigan, headquartered in Allegan.

Description

The Technical Education Center offers 14 technical training programs as well as vocational training opportunities for students with special needs. 

Our instructors are vocationally certified in the fields they teach and many serve as adjunct instructors for Lake Michigan College. This provides our students with an opportunity to earn direct college credit while studying with us. 

The Tech Center programs provide many unique opportunities: 

  • Hands-on training in a variety of technical fields 

  • Center-wide employability and leadership curriculum 

  • Career exploration and planning 

  • Work-based learning opportunities 

  • Articulation agreements with many Michigan colleges 

  • Direct college credit
