Touch a Truck at Windmill Island Gardens
Description
Get hands-on and learn about trucks! Touch a Truck returns for its second year at Windmill Island Gardens as a family-friendly event where truck enthusiasts of all ages, kids and adults alike, can explore a variety of vehicles that go! This popular event will include emergency vehicles, construction trucks, utility trucks, and more! We will host a siren-free & sensory friendly time from 9:30am-11:00am and after that, all the lights and sirens will go intermittently throughout the duration of the event until 1:00pm. Come enjoy these trucks and honk some horns at Windmill Island Gardens! Each truck will have an attendant to show you around and answer any questions about the vehicle. We will also host various kid-friendly activities with this event, and for those who can never get enough trucks, you can even make a pitstop at a food truck to fuel up! We invite the community to come to learn about our local trucks and providers!
